Yes, we have been spending the night in the house! It is so wonderful and cozy. We don't have the cats yet, but Teddy was there last night. We figger the cats will move in tonight..or at least some of them. We only have one who doesn't object to cars, even if it is only a few blocks. Maybe we should use the sedatives???? Have to talk to S about that.
I do have some pix..they are very bad. I really need a new camera!!!
J made me some curtain holdbacks..are they not clever????? They pull the curtains back just enough and are rather wonderful! Salvation Army is one of our favorite places to shop!!! He made me 4.
The other pictures are very spotted and even if that ghost o logist (featured in the October issue of Oregon Coast) suggests they are from spiritual manifestatations...I prefer unspotted photos.
As you can see the LR is very brown. Pretty, but brown. I rather like it!!! And the kitchen is still not done, but very usable. The set of boxes nearest the cabinets by the window will be more cabinet stuff..prolly shelves. And there will be a shelf over the microwave, which will be nearer the wall. And the curtains will be different..this is just a 'for now' thing. Not sure where I saved these from...I am such a saver. We found so many plastic cups, napkins, and plates! We could have 3 parties and not use them all up!!!! I can't believe we paid for storage for these things!! One of our friends paid for storage for boxes of wrapping paper...I know exactly how they feel!!!!! WHY!!!????
More as we get it done!!! Books I am reading...well, House of Mirth and one by Grace Livingston Hill...which have nothing to do with each other at all. I just didn't have the one and the other was nearby!!! LOLOL.

Wow! your in! that is fabulous!
How about using some of your empty moving boxes to move the cats? put air holes in tops and put one cat per box. They will be mad- but at least they will be confined. We moved all the time w/o tranquilizers and our cats didn't like moving either.
