The majority of these photos were taken by Jon on the lower and upper ranches. The weather was mostly kind and he got to go up a couple of different times. These first ones were taken on Jan 14. Winter grooming session! In the second picture, the mom is alone, but not for long! She needed to get behind the youngster's ears!
Jon went up fairly early one morning. He was able to capture fiery snow at about 8:15.
This last photo of fog and windmills behind the town was neat-we saw the fog down here, but from above it is a whole different point of view!
Kris took these next ones from Sherman St on the 24th. Sunsets are so different without mountains! They are still fairly pretty, though. There is so much space filled with not much at all, here in EO. The red skies at night weren't much of a delight, the black clouds over the hills were rather ominous!
Jon went up on Jan 28, for the last time in the month. It was pretty breezy and this stellar jay was entirely entertaining. At one point, Jon heard it mimic a hawk. The poor bird's hairdo was seriously muddled by the wind.
